2. We'll provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours
3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUND CONDITIONS
• Products must be returned in original, unopened condition for a full refund
• Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at mybeardedpatriotco@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
